After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation, the production sample will be confirmed again, and then the mass production will be carried out.

3.How to get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does the sample ship?
1)Send inquiries to contact the account manager to request the samples;
2)the stock samples are free, the samples produced are charged according to your requirements; the sample fee will be refunded according to the order amount;
3)the samples will be sent within 4 days.

1.Does Happy Packaging is a factory or trading company ?
Happy Packaging is a manufacturer and factory loacted in Guangzhou City .We welcome customer from all over the world to visit our company and develop business .
2.Does Happy Packaging have designer ?
Happy Packaging have 6 people designer team and offer free design to customer ,customer just need to tell us the idea and requirment and we will finish design within 2 days .
3.How many days for sample and how mush cost ?
For digital sample ,the cost is free and 2-3 days is enough for samples making .For bulk production sample ,the cost depend on material and quantity ,pls contact with our sales for the sample cost.And sample cost will be refunded when place order .Pls kindly pay express cost at customer side .
4.What style artwork is available ?
PDF ,ai or CDR all are okay for us .
5.How many days for production ?
A.For less container order ,7-10 days is enough for artpaper box and corrugated box .B.For container order ,10-15 days is okay .C For rigid gift box ,the production time is 15-20 days .
6. How to guarantee products quality ?
Happy Packaging strictly control products quality on every process and have QC department will check every box before packaging to insure the quality all are okay before shipment .
7.What payment terms ?
Happy Packaging accept T/T ,Paypal ,Western Union and L/C payment terms
8.What payment method ?
Happy Packaging make OEM products ,the products belongs to the customer only ,the payment methord is 30%-40% deposit and balance before shipment .For small order less than 2000USD amount ,the best way is to pay in one time .
9.What about the packing way ?
Happy Packaging use 7 layer corrugtaed carton to pack products ,the carton is strong enough to avoid damange during shipment .Besides ,we use a PE bag inside and a woven bag outside ,double protection .
10.What Certificate do you have ?

11.What about the shipment way ?
A.For small order less than 100kgs ,air freight is the best way of delievry .B.For big voulme packing ,Sea shipment is the most suitable way .For every quotation ,our sales will quote both Air freight and Sea shipemnt cost for customer's reference .
